Removing the developer credit footer from a project hides our company's identity from the public. If you wish to remove this footer from your website, a removal fee of around ₹ 3,000 will be charged.
If a client decides to cancel a project while it is still under development, any advance payments made will not be refunded. This policy is in place to cover the time, labor, and resources already invested in developing the project.
Renewals for websites, domains, software, and other products must be paid on time. Because we offer a wide range of flexible payment options to our clients, general excuses for late or missed payments will not be accepted.
The project's source code, including database and coding structures, is considered a company trade secret. If a client requires the complete source code for their project, they must purchase it at the current standard market price. Under our service policy, proprietary source code will not be shared for free.
Client data is securely stored on our Linux servers. If a client does not renew their website or hosting plan, their data will be permanently deleted after 5 renewal notification warnings. Once the data for an expired service is deleted, no backups will be provided.
All prices listed in these terms are applicable only if our company is actively hosting and maintaining your entire service. If the complete service is not being maintained by us, the pricing for any requested services, support, or code modifications will vary and be billed based on current standard market rates.
